Thursday Arrivals:- If you intend to arrive before 6.30pm you MUST in ALL circumstances contact and have permission from the Circuit General Manager Ian Makinson who will confirm if the paddock area will be available to set up to avoid being turned away:-

Arrivals after 6.30pm may enter circuit paddock area and set up in your reserved area or in the general paddock area please keep within the marked areas. There will be no MBKC staff on-site on the Thursday so please consider other users when parking up in the paddock and be prepared to move if required.
Thursday Late Arrivals:- The Gates will be closed but not locked please park and set up in your reserved or general areas after 7.00am Friday. Above all please consider other users.
Friday Arrivals:- The gates will be closed but not locked so access to the paddock will be available please be considerate for other users and not set up in your reserved or the general paddock area prior to 7.00am
Friday Late Arrivals:- The Gates will be closed but not locked please park and set up after 7.00AM Saturday be prepared to move if asked check with MBKC staff if unsure above all please consider other users.
Saturday Arrivals:- The gates will be closed but not locked prior to 7.00AM so access to the paddock will be available please be considerate for other users and not set up in your reserved or the general paddock area prior to 7.00am be prepared to move if asked check with MBKC staff if unsure above all please consider other users.
Sunday Arrivals:- The gates will be closed but not locked prior to 7.00AM so access to the paddock will be available please be considerate for other users and not set up in your reserved or the general paddock area prior to 7.00am be prepared to move if asked check with MBKC staff if unsure above all please consider other userIn all cases if you arrive at the circuit Late PM or Early AM and the gates are closed please ensure they are closed behind you when you have entered the circuit. Circuit staff usually open the gates around 7.30AM Saturday and Sunday.
